DIRECTIONS
- Use 1-2x p/wk or as needed
- Dampen hair slightly. Apply from scalp to ends (dime-sized for medium hair, penny-sized for long). No need to overdo it. Works in 10 minutes—leave on up to 1 hour. Rinse well, then shampoo and condition as usual.

If your hair needs protein, this is what you need. I used it a few days before and then right after coloring my hair and it helped to minimize the damage. My hair is curly and this helped to bring them back to life. It's pricy but you don't need to use much so it'll last a good while.
