Yes! We ship internationally. Follow the standard check out process and we’ll get your NIGHT Pillow to you wherever you are.
RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
Complete satisfaction is our top priority at NIGHT. Rest assured we got you covered. All of our products come with both a "101 Day Trial Period" and a "3 Year Warranty." The trial period allows you to experience your NIGHT product for up to 101 days at no risk. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason during this time period (preference, quality or otherwise) then we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange*. #NoStringsAttached. Following the 101 days, we guarantee the quality of the product for up to 3 years and will provide an exchange if there are any issues.
*For purchases outside of the contiguous USA, we will reimburse the net cost of the product once it is received. We will not reimburse the original shipping charge or provide a shipping label to return the product.

Is the NIGHT pillow only offered in black?
If you asked this question then you are a racist... JK! There’s a very legitimate reason that we only offer the NIGHT Pillow in black…and it is 100% for your sleeping benefit. Our proprietary hue of black is designed to negate light optimizing your body’s natural production of melatonin and promoting REM, the deepest, most restorative sleep. Plus, black’s high fashion, luxurious appeal looks good and matches all bedding. #dontbebasic
Can I use my own pillowcase on the NIGHT™ pillow?
We strongly recommend that you sleep directly on the TriSilk™ pillowcase featured on the NIGHT Pillow™. Please see our benefits section to further understand all of the benefits associated with this feature.
Do I need to wash the pillowcase before using it?
While the NIGHT Pillow™ will arrive to you clean and ready for use, we do recommend that you wash it before using it as you may be accustomed to your own detergent.
Can I buy extra NIGHT™ pillowcases?

I don’t like memory foam pillows; do you offer anything else?
You won’t find that heavy, heat-trapping, brick-like memory foam here. We spent thousands of hours developing an air light memory foam that is lighter and fluffier than anything else on the market. The foam provides the perfect balance between comfort and support while offering hypoallergic qualities for a clean, health-promoting sleep surface. This memory foam is worth another try…and our 101 day trial period makes it easy!
What sleep positions are appropriate for this pillow?
We all favor a sleep position (i.e: back, side, stomach), but truth be told no one sleeps in the same position every night. We took this into consideration when developing the NIGHT Pillow™. The strategic profile height and self-adjusting memory foam formula accommodate all sleep positions. Let the NIGHT Pillow do the work, you just sleep.
Does the pillow sleep hot?
Absolutely not. The combination of our air light memory foam and proprietary TriSilk fabrication on the pillowcase allows for a temperature perfect sleep experience.
Do you offer the pillow in larger sizes?
Of course! The NIGHT Pillow comes in Standard/Queen or King.
P.S. The King size NIGHT Pillow makes for an amazing body pillow…and pregnant women tell us they can’t sleep without it!

What's so great about the NIGHT TriSilk™ Pillowcase?
Our silk pillowcase is made of 95% mulberry silk and 5% spandex to prevent bunching, creasing, and improve durability. We found this silk on the floors of couture ateliers, and were told it was "too good for bedding."
What is the benefit of sleeping on a silk pillowcase?
The benefits of sleeping on a silk pillowcase range from improving overall quality of sleep to promoting clear skin and healthy hair.
How does silk help my skin?
Silk alleviates sleep lines, wrinkle formation and skin irritations by forming a smooth surface that gently allows your skin gently glide across. It is not absorbent like other pillowcase materials, keeping your skin hydrated and allowing any night creams you may use to work their magic…on your skin (vs on your pillowcase!) Silk has the added benefit of being naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, mold and mildew which can help further prevent breakouts and blemishes. Silk’s natural thermoregulation properties help your skin to breathe and keep you cool all night long.
How does silk help my hair?
Your grandmother used to wrap her hair in silk at night to protect her hair style…and she always knows best Silk creates a smooth surface for your hair to gently glide across, minimizing friction and alleviating tugging at delicate hair strands throughout the night. What's so great about the NIGHT Dual Sided Pillowcase?
This is the first pillowcase in the world that is designed for specific skin and hair types. One side is made from silk offering benefits for those with drier skin and hair. And, the other side is made from bamboo offering benefits for those with oiler skin and hair. And, since our skin and hair type can change with the season, or with a variety of other variables – the two sides can adapt to whatever changes come your way!
What’s the difference between the Dual Sided Beauty pillowcase and the TriSilkTM pillowcase?
Both pillowcases are beneficial for your skin and hair, but the TriSilkTM pillowcase features the same silk fabric on both sides. Whereas, the Dual Sided Beauty pillowcase goes a step further by featuring our luxurious silk on one side and offering our supple bamboo fabrication on the reverse. Each fabric addresses specific beauty challenges. The silk is best for people with drier skin and hair. And, the bamboo side is best for people with oilier skin and hair.
How do I choose between the Dual Sided and the TriSilkTM pillowcase?
If your skin and hair type tends to lean more toward an extreme (i.e: oily or dry vs normal) or fluctuates between extremes (i.e: dry skin in the winter and oily skin in the summer) then we recommend the Dual Sided Beauty pillowcase.
If you aren’t looking to target specific beauty challenges and looking for just an overall boost to the health of your skin and hair then we recommend the TriSilkTM pillowcase.
How does bamboo help my skin and hair?
Bamboo is soft and supple and wicks moisture and oil away from your beauty assets helping with breakouts, blemishes and matted bedhead.
How does silk help my skin and hair?
Luxurious silk gently interacts with both your skin and hair supporting moisture retention and nourishment, which is ideal for dry skin and hair helping with dehydrated skin, fine lines and hair breakage.
Does bamboo or silk sleep hot?
No. Both fabrications are super breathable giving you a temperature perfect sleep no matter what side you choose.

Easy – Just machine wash and tumble dry on low heat.

What's so great about this eye mask?
First things first: the NIGHT TriSilk™ eye mask made of mulberry silk in our signature black hue. It is designed to block out all light to boost your natural melatonin production, so you sleep more deeply. But just the eye mask alone wouldn’t have been good enough for the NIGHT customer, so we added a cooling gel pack to help you reduce under eye puffiness while you sleep. Wake up looking as good as you feel. No kidding
Why should I use an eye mask?
When your eyes are exposed to total darkness, it begins to increase the production of melatonin— the sleep hormone. By blocking out the light, your body gets the signal that it is time to fall (and stay) asleep.
What's the benefits of cooling gel?
Under eye bags and puffiness are caused by swelling due to a variety of factors. Cold compresses are known to reduce swelling in the body, so we made it easy to cool down your under eye area to make you look and feel fresher upon waking.
How do I make the cooling gel cool?
That’s easy. Simply remove the cooling gel pack from the back of the eye mask and place in your fridge for 10- 20 minutes. Just don't place into the freezer. Re-insert into the eye mask and catch those sleeping beauty zZ.
Can I use the gel by itself?
Of course – just remove from eye mask and lay gel pack (with or without refrigeration) directly on eyes for instant eye tension release.
Can I use the eye mask by itself?
We wanted to give you options here. So, if you aren't into the gel then just remove it and lean into all the greatness of the silky eye mask by itself.
How do I care for my eye mask?
The cooling gel pack should be removed, and spot cleaned if necessary. And, just toss the silk eye mask WITHOUT gel into your washing machine, and air dry.

Because sharing pillows is kinda gross when you think about it…especially with strangers! Plus, don’t you want to keep that beauty game going strong on the road? The NIGHT travel case makes it easy to take your NIGHT pillow with you anywhere you go, so you can #sleepwithbenefits anytime, anywhere.
How does the NIGHT travel case work?
The air light memory foam we use to make the NIGHT pillow is designed to be compressed. This means that you can fit your NIGHT pillow into a travel case and roll them up to 1/5 of their size.
Simply insert the pillows into the case, tightly roll, and lock into position. (See Travel Case product page for more info).

But, I don’t have room to carry an extra item on the plane?
Oh, but you do. TSA does not count a travel pillow as a carry-on item or a personal item, so you are good to go. Catch some comfortable Zzz’s while you are high in the sky.

What is the SHINE™ pillowcase made of?

What is satin?
Satin is a weave that can be utilized with manmade textiles to mimic the feel of natural silk. We use it in our SHINE™ products because it offers a smooth sleep surface, reducing friction on your hair and skin. Say goodbye to bedhead, sleep lines, and dry skin and hello to hydrated skin and healthy hair. The 100% charmeuse satin we use to make the SHINE™ pillowcase is some of the best (softest) money can buy. Trust us, it’s like really nice.
What is the difference between satin and silk?
Silk, like that used in our signature TriSilk fabric found in our NIGHT products, is a natural fiber whereas our satin is made of manmade materials. Silk offers a few extra benefits over satin, like being hypo-allergenic and full of amino acids. But, our satin charmeuse is still really, really good for your skin and hair. We made SHINE™ to ensure that no matter what your budget is, you can sleep and look better. Read this blog post for more information on the difference.
